Gharbiya security chief Abdel Hamid Abdel Azim inspected the security conditions in Tanta and Mahalla cities on Friday.

Accompanied by the governorate’s police top officers, Abdel Azim toured fixed and mobile checkpoints in the entrances and exits of the cities.

He assured residents about the security stability around all public facilities, vital institutions, police facilities, worshiping places, railways and electricity pylons.

He asserted that the police will firmly counter any attempt to disturb public security.
