Giza City Hall announced the formation of an operations room to follow up the events of Friday in Egypt.
The room was formed under Governor Ali Abdel Rahman.
In statements, he said that the room is in constant contact with all cities and districts of the governorate to handle any emergency that would prop up. He added that all leaders are on duty on Friday for extending services to the public.
He meanwhile held that the army and police are capable of safeguarding the homeland and the Egyptian people.
