UAE State Minister Sultan Al Jaber stressed that the support provided by the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)'s states to Egypt will continue.

In an interview with Saudi Okaz paper out on Thursday, the UAE minister described reports saying GCC states plan to halt their support for Egypt as groundless.

He asserted that the GCC states have fulfilled all the pledges they made during the Economic Development Conference held in Sharm EL Sheikh city in March, pointing to the strong and historic ties binding Egypt and the UAE.
