One policemen was killed and another injured Thursday when unidentified gunmen attacked them in the Nile Delta province of Sharqia.
Two armed motorcyclists have shot the two policemen, who were heading for a neighboring town, leaving one dead and the other severely wounded.
The prosecution was notified to launch a probe to identify and arrest the culprits.
