Ezzat El Rashq, a member of Hamas political bureau, denied any differences between the political and military leaderships of the movement.

In statements on Monday, Rashq refuted claims on any divisions inside the movement, noting that they are desperate attempts to spark off crises. He asserted that all such attempts are doomed to failure.

He said Hamas leaders were united on the goals of the movement and its means to achieve them.
