No final preparations are in place for a visit to Gaza by a delegation of the Palestine Liberation organization (PLO), said Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri.
In statements carried by Maan news agency on Tuesday, Abu Zuhri denied remarks by PLO official Ahmad Majdalani that Hamas asked to delay a PLO delegation visit to the Palestinian enclave.
Abu Zuhri said: "Majdalani's remarks were baseless because the movement was not notified of the date of the visit in the first place."
