A senior Hamas official has blamed the international community for extremism and terrorism in the world, saying it is the result of its practices against oppressed peoples.
During the Friday sermon, Khalil al Hayya accused the world community of collaborating to maintain the siege imposed on the enclave and delay its reconstruction, calling this a "humanitarian crime".
World silence is an even graver crime than the claimed Holocaust, according to Hayya.
Hayya urged all world countries to bear their responsibility toward the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip.
He noted that the Palestinian government should respect Gazans' rights.
