Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh arrived in Qatar on Friday, a spokesman for the Gaza government said.Taher al-Nunu said Haniyeh was welcomed by the deputy premier of Qatar, as well as Hamas chief Khalid Mashaal, who is based in Doha.
