Former PM Saad Hariri said he is intending to return to Lebanon before November 2014 in order to participate in the upcoming parliamentary elections and to "assume again the premiership one day."Hariri's stance came Monday in the context of an interview on Europe 1 radio.Hariri voiced support for the departure of Syrian President Bashar Assad.
