Chief of Staff Mahmoud Hegazy met Tuesday with a high-ranking military delegation from the UAE, who came to Egypt to extend condolences over victims of a plane that had crashed during a joint drill.
The delegation condoled with the Egyptian army, people and families of the victims and stressed strong ties between the two Arab peoples.
Hegazy thanked the delegation and voiced appreciation for the UAE people.
He stressed the importance of boosting cooperation and strategic partnership between Cairo and Abu Dhabi.
