Beirut - MENA
A senior Hezbollah leader said on Sunday that the group's intervention in Syria was necessary for Lebanon and all regional states.
Speaking at a ceremony mourning a Hezbollah fighter who was killed in Syria, Vice-president of the group’s executive council Sheikh Nabil Qauk said this intervention has supported Lebanon in its war against terrorism.
Those extremists are posing a threat to the whole nation, Qauk stressed.
