Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Mustafa Madbouli on Friday issued a decision appointing 13 asdeputy heads of 10 new cities' bodies.

The minister issued another decision appointing nine as aides of heads of eight new cities' bodies.

In a statement, Madbouli said the decisions aimed to pump new blood to the new cities' bodies and prepare young men to assume leadership positions in the future after acquiring the required expertise.
