The Houthi group, also known as Ansar Allah, accused on Friday the Saudi-led Decisive Storm of burning the Yemeni presidential plane after launching airstrikes on Aden airport.
The Yemeni Southern Resistance, meanwhile, refuted such claims, stressing that the Houthi group had detonated and set fire to the plane after clashes with the resistance troops.
"Twelve Houthi militants were killed in the face-off," the resistance added.
