Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary-General Abdul Latif al Zayani asserted that Houthis have to hand over weapons and equipment and withdraw from state institutions as well as provide a safe environment to allow the legitimate government to resume its duties in order to engage in national dialogue to resolve the Yemeni crisis.
In a statement on the sidelines of the 26th round of the Arab Summit meeting held in Sharm el Sheikh on Sunday, Zayani also hailed the positive spirit that prevailed during the summit.
