Hundreds of Palestinians left the Gaza Strip heading for al Quds via Erez crossing to perform the Friday prayer in al Aqsa mosque.

As many as 300 Palestinian aging over 50 years including 100 UNRWA workers left Gaza to perform prayers in the mosque, local sources said.
