At least 23 Yemeni civilians, including 10 children, were killed in a Houthi shelling that targeted residential areas in Taiz city in southwestern Yemen.

According to the Yemeni news agency, the Houthi militia targeted the Osifra neighborhood. At least 15 civilians were injured in the attack.

Also, shells landed at the Osifra's power plant stirring huge fire, witnesses said.

Meantime, Saudi-led coalition air forces hit the presidential palace where the Houthi militants hiding.
