Interior Minister Magdy Abdel Ghaffar Monday honored troops that foiled a terrorist attack on a hotel in the Red Sea city of Hurghada on Friday.

The troops were able to arrest the attackers.

The minister also honored Col. Yasser Hassan Asr of the Transport Police for his quick action to control a fire that erupted on a parked train wagon before it extended to other carriages.
