Interior Minister Mohamed Ibrahim on Monday led the military funeral for a police officer who has been killed in el-Arish, the local capital of North Sinai, on Sunday.
The officer was killed as an explosive device hit his armored vehicle on the coastal road of El-Arish.
Police officials and relatives attended the funeral.
