Interior Minister Mohamed Ibrahim

Interior Minister Mohamed Ibrahim reviewed Tuesday a comprehensive security plan to foil any violent protests planned for August 14, the first anniversary of the crackdown on Muslim Brotherhood camps in Cairo.
In a meeting with his aides and senior security officials, Ibrahim said terrorist plans will fail and their attempts to shake stability and halt development will be countered by police and military men.
He stressed the importance of intensifying security services at vital facilities, police stations and prisons.
Police patrols and troops should be seen on streets and squares to deal with any sabotage attempts, he added.
