Interior Minister Magdi Abdel Ghaffar issued a decision suspending the work of a police officer at Cairo's Nasr City station.

According to the security media center, First Lieutenant Karim Mohamed Naguib was dismissed following being accused, together with his brother, in a theft attempt against a woman who was walking in a street in Nasr City district.

Security apparatuses then, with the help of citizens, managed to arrest both brothers, the media officer said, adding that all legal procedures were taken
