An interior ministry's high-level delegation is scheduled Sunday to pay a visit to Minya to offer condolences over 21 Egyptian nationals who were killed in Libya.
The delegation will visit the Virgin Mary Church in Minya's Samallout and meet with the families of the victims.
Assistant interior minister for human rights sector Abu Bakar Abdul Karim will chair the delegation, that will also include Minya security chief Mohammad Sadik Al Helbawi and other senior officers.
Twenty-one Egyptians were beheaded in a video released by Daesh in mid-February.
