The Interior Ministry announced that it launched toll-free numbers and email service at the human rights and crimes against women departments to receive the citizens' complaints. 

Citizens can call the toll-free numbers (01126977222 - 01126977333 - 01126977444) and register their complaints.

The Interior Ministry also creates dedicated email Ids; (E.HumanRightsSector@moi.gov.eg) and (E.SGBVDepartement@moi.gov.eg) to receive complaints from citizens.
