Baghdad - MENA
The Iraqi interior ministry on Saturday said the country's border guards have foiled a Daesh attack on an Iraqi outpost on border with Saudi Arabia.
The ministry's spokesman Saad Maan said that Daesh militants attacked an Anbar outpost near the border with Saudi Arabia, but a border guards force managed to repel them.
A number of militants were killed and injured and cars used in the attack were seized, he added.
