An Iraqi force confiscated eight booby-trapped cars and arrested a number of terrorists in Nukhayb city of Anbar province, Media Adviser to Iraqi Defense Ministry Naseer Nori said in a statement on Wednesday.

Acting upon intelligence information, the eight car bombs were seized while en route to Karbala city in southern Iraq, Nori added.
