Iraqi Defense Minister Khaled al Obeidi ordered on Wednesday sending more troops to al Rutbah town to support forces in their fight against Daesh terrorist group.

The troops are tasked with liberating the international road leading to the Trebil border crossing with Jordan from Daesh terrorists.

Anti-terror troops managed on Tuesday to control a district in al Rutbah town and killed many Daesh terrorists.
