A high-ranking delegation of Iraqi parliament has extended condolences to Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah al Ahmad al Jaber al Sabah over the death of former National Assembly speaker Jassem al Khorafi, who passed away on Thursday at the age of 75.

The delegation condoled with the Kuwaiti government and people over their loss.

On Friday, Sheikh Sabah received a phone call from Iraqi President Fuad Masum, expressing condolences to the family of Khorafi.
