Iraqi Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari discussed with US Deputy Assistant Treasury Secretary Daniel Glaser ways to shut down money flows to Daesh terrorist group and the efforts exerted by Iraq in this respect.

The two sides agreed that governmental measures have affected the terrorist group, the Iraqi Finance Ministry said in a press release on Wednesday.

The press release added that targeting the petroleum establishments by the US-led alliance in Syria contributed to putting an end to oil smuggling to Daesh terrorist group.
