The Iraqi forces nabbed Friday eight members of the Daesh terrorist group in Ramadi city in Anbar province.

The joint forces arrested eight extremists, security sources said, adding that some of them hold the Afghan nationality.

Iraqi Defense Minister Khaled al Obeidi, while on a tour of Anbar, called on the joint forces to put Iraq and its people as their top priority.

Meanwhile, the joint forces killed 16 terrorists in Tikrit in Salahuddin province.
