Joint Iraqi forces stormed on Sunday Albu Ajeel area of Saladin governorate, a security source said.
The forces killed 15 Daesh militants while liberating the villages of the area.
Meanwhile, the Iraqi Interior Ministry deployed more forces in the wee hours of the morning to contribute in liberating Saladin governorate from the Daesh terrorist group.
