Iraqi Interior Minister Mohammed Al Ghabban and German Parliament (Bundestag) Vice President Claudia Roth discussed here on Tuesday means of boosting bilateral ties and anti-terrorism efforts.

Describing ties between the two countries as a "deep friendship that binds their peoples together", Roth expressed Germany's appreciation of Iraq's counter-terror efforts and its struggle.

For his part, the interior minister reviewed the role of the Iraqi police in restoring order and repatriating refugees in the liberated areas.
