The Iraqi parliament, under Speaker Salim al Jabouri, announced its rejection to the Turkish military interference in Iraq.
The parliament approved the parliamentary foreign relations committee's statement that rejected the Turkish interference, urging the Turkish government to withdraw its troops.
The statement said that the Iraqi cabinet can use all means to protect the sovereignty of its country, calling the international community and the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) to shoulder their responsibility concerning these violations.
Al Jabouri welcomed any efforts exerted in the battle against Daesh terrorist group.
He further said that any support, offered in combating terrorism, should be provided in coordination with the Iraqi cabinet and parliament.
