Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi received on Wednesday a telephone call from US Vice President Joe Biden.
Discussion during the call dealt with relations of cooperation between the two countries and the progress of the military campaign led by the Iraqi forces in Salahuddin province against the Islamic State militants.
