Iraqi President Fuad Masum arrived on Friday at Sharm El Sheikh airport as he will participate in the 26th regular session of the Arab Summit, to kick off Saturday in the Egyptian Red Sea resort.
President Abdel Fattah El Sisi received Masum at the airport.
Fourteen heads of state will be taking part in the two-day event.
The Palestinian-Israeli conflict and the escalating situation in Yemen, Syria and Libya will be probed by the Arab leaders during the summit.
They will also tackle ways of uprooting terrorism in the region.
