Visiting Iraqi President Fuad Masum received in his residence in Riyadh on Wednesday Saudi Chief of General Intelligence Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and issues of common interest between the two brotherly countries, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
The meeting was attended by Iraqi Minister of Foreign Affairs Ibrahim Abdul Karim Al-Jaafari, Minister of Interior Mohammed Salem Abdul Hussein, and National Security Advisor Faleh Faisal Fahd.
The Iraqi president arrived here earlier on Tuesday for an official visit to Saudi Arabia, with a high-level delegation that comprises Foreign Minister Ibrahim Al-Jaafari, Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari, Interior Minister Mohammad Abdulhussein, Minister of Planning Salman Hassan and National Security Advisor Faleh Fahad.
