Iraqi President Fouad Masoum discussed with his deputy Osama Najifi the outcome of his visit to Qatar on Wednesday.
The visit tackled security developments in Iraq and victories in the war against Daesh as well as efforts to achieve a national reconciliation, according to a statement by the presidency.
Masoum returned from Doha after a day-long visit during which he met with Emir Sheikh Tamim ben Hamad al Thani.
