Iraqi security expert Haytham Saeed underlined Thursday the need of restructuring security bodies to put an end to terrorist attacks gripping the country.
In an interview with Al Ghad Al Arabi News Channel, Saeed stressed the importance of adopting new schemes in order to render security plans a success.
He said attaining real national reconciliation contributed to the success of security plans.

Talking about security conditions in Mosul, Saaed said that Peshmerga forces achieved military successes, adding that the nature of land made a room for military infraction at security bodies.
