The Islamic Jamaa's reform front in Minya distributed a statement to citizens warning them against taking part in November 28 protests.
The front spokesman Abdul Rahman Sakr described on Tuesday those who called for protests as "Kharijites", and urged citizens to ignore their calls.
The front also invited citizens to take part in I'tikaaf "residing in the mosque for worship" on Friday.
