Israeli domination on highway 60 that is considered the skeleton of road network in the West Bank is costing Palestinians considerable time and effort, Undersecretary of Palestinian Public Works and Housing Ministry told Ma'an News Agency on Sunday.
He added that the total length of main and side roads in the West Bank exceeds 3,000 km, pointing out that these roads need annual maintenance at a cost of 100 million Shekel and that the ministry cannot afford such a huge amount of money.
