Italy warned Tuesday that the Jihadists are expanding their power and plan to progress in Libya and launch attacks in foreign countries.

These remarks were made by Italian Foreign Minister Paolo Gentiloni during a meeting of the international alliance against Daesh terrorist group in Rome on Tuesday.

Daesh tries to re-direct efforts to Libya as it controlled new areas, Gentiloni said.

Gentiloni said that the challenge facing the alliance is big.
