Warplanes targeted Zawara's airport in western Libya on Saturday, but no casualties were reported, a spokesman for Zawara joint security forces told MENA.
Hafez Moaamer added that a MiG 23 jet targeted the airport with three shells, but did not hit the runway.
The aviation movement was not affected by the attack, he said.
