Chairman of the Jordanian Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Gen. Mashal Al Zaben on Saturday received French Defense Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian, who is currently paying a visit to Jordan, to discuss international efforts to eliminate terrorist organizations and the two countries' participation in the US-led coalition.

A statement by the Jordanian military said that the two sides discussed recent regional and international developments along with other issues of mutual concern.
