Jordanian King Abdullah II on Friday discussed with King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia the latest developments and Israeli provocations against the Al-Aqsa Mosque, Petra news agency reported.

In a telephone conversation, the two leaders underlined the importance of continued Arab-Muslim coordination and cooperating with the international community to stop the Israeli violations and attacks against the mosque.

King Abdullah briefed the Saudi monarch on Jordan's efforts to stop Israeli moves in East Jerusalem and thanked him for Saudi Arabia's efforts to this end.
