Jordanian King Abdullah II's current visit of Egypt is part of consultations between the two countries over various issues, Jordanian government spokesman Mohammed al Momani said.
Speaking to MENA, Momani said coordination between the two leaderships mainly focused on joint Arab, Muslim and international moves against terrorism and extremist groups.
According to a statement issued by the Jordanian Royal Court, the leaders of Egypt and Jordan discussed means of promoting bilateral relations and the developments in the region.
