The Jordan borders guards, on Wednesday evening, shot and killed a person and injured another while they were trying to illegally cross into the Kingdom from Syria, a Jordan Armed Forces official said.
The two infiltrators didn't respond to warning shots by the army and continued their way into Jordanian territory, forcing the border guards to open fire, killing one of them and severely injuring the other who was rushed to a nearby field hospital.
