Border guards assisted 117 Syrian refugees of various age groups who entered Jordan in the past 48 hours, as they crossed into Jordan at several border posts while seeking protection and aid due to the difficult circumstances Syria has experienced during the past four years.
Border guards, troops and other supportive units provided urgent humanitarian aid for the refugees and transported them to refugee camps, in addition to administrating first aid to injured refugees at stations along the border.
