The Civil Defense Department (CDD), through its centers nationwide, dealt with 117 different incidents during the last 24 hours, including fire fighting and rescue, where 55 people wounded and one child died when her father's car run over her accidentally in Aljoun governorate.
The department also dealt with 542 separate cases requiring medical attention, according to a statement issued by CDD Saturday.
