Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs Nasser Judeh met on Thursday with Lower House Foreign Affairs Committee President Hazem Qashou to discuss the latest developments in the region, mainly the Israeli escalation in Gaza.
Judeh briefed head of the committee on Jordan's efforts led by His Majesty King Abdullah II at all level to support the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and on the King's contacts and meetings with world leaders.
The two officials stressed the need for continued coordination between the Lower House of Parliament and the government in the light of the current situation in Gaza.
