King Abdulla II of Jordan and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas have today discussed efforts to achieve peace, in addition to regional and international developments.
The two leaders reviewed developments unfolding in the Middle East, stressing particularly efforts to combat terrorism, in addition to the current untenable situation in Jerusalem.
In a statement to the Jordanian TV, President Abbas described Jordan as a key player and partner regarding the issue of Jerusalem.
