Jordan's Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour

Jordan's Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour and Libyan interim prime minister Abdullah Al-Thani on Wednesday discussed means to promote ties between the two countries as well as the latest developments in the North African Arab country, according to Jordan's Petra news agency.
Ensour stressed Jordan's support to legitimacy in Libya as well as the Libyan government which was elected by the Libyan people, stressing that a solution to the Libyan issue cannot be but democratic.
Jordan, he added, had a clear stance since the beginning of the Libyan revolution as well as an effective and positive contribution to supporting the choices of the Libyan people.
The head of the Libyan government praised Jordan's supportive stance towards Libya since the start of the February 17 revolution.
He also thanked Jordan for providing treatment to a large number of injured Libyans and for establishing a field hospital in Libya to offer services to the Libyan people.
Al Thani voiced Libya's desire to benefit from Jordan's experience in the fields of judicial and legal training.
Earlier, the head of the Libyan government received an official welcome upon his arrival at the Prime Ministry, where he was received by Ensour as well as a number of ministers and top officials.
