The investigation judge at the Court of First Instance in Tunis, on Monday, issued a detention warrant against Libyan Walid Glib, under an anti-terrorism law, TAP news agency reported.

Spokesman for the court Sofiene Selliti said the defendant was arrested after his interrogation in the presence of his lawyer.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Mokhtar Chaouachi denied on Monday any connection between the abduction of Tunisians in Libya and the case of the Libyan national arrested in Tunisia.
